About the Project
Project Dazzler is a $1 billion, 500,000 square-foot data center complex on Gallia Pike in the Franklin Furnace area of Scioto County. Supporting buildings will also be built, including an office building. The data center complex is located over 1,000 feet east of Gallia Pike (Old US-52). AEP is also building a new sub-station to support the project. The sub-station construction is being led by AEP and will be underway at the same time.
